An OAC is the name given to the order if a respondent consents to an FVRO without authorization. It is considered FVRO within the meaning of the Restraining Orders Act 1997 (AV). Since July 1, a few months ago, there have been new laws and there is some kind of driving agreement. Aimee will talk about it. In certain circumstances, the respondent may seek the quashing of an injunction, particularly if the respondent has evidence that the plaintiff is not complying with the order or repeatedly encourages him to violate the order. In approving the driving agreement, the other party does not accept that domestic violence occurred. The order of the driving agreement may contain all the restrictions and conditions that can be included in an FVRO.
