Since the creation of the GATT, there have been eight rounds or a series of trade negotiations. Uruguay`s current cycle began in 1986. Although it was originally hoped that the cycle would be completed by 1990, this deadline was not met. It has been extended due to problems with the rules of land reform. The scheduled date is 15 December 1993, with the agreement to be signed in April 1994.1 Sixth, the agreement has provided business travellers with easy access to the three countries.
